In 2018, Rallybound will be switching from our current online support platform to a new platform called JIRA Service Desk. The main reason for this move, is that Rallybound's product and development teams use JIRA, which is an industry-standard software development tracking tool, and Service Desk has deep integration into JIRA, which will enable us to offer a more streamlined process, both for support and product development. Here's a video by JIRA that show's how that works:
Switching to Service Desk also enables us to switch our Rallybound Knowledge Base to be hosted on Confluence, which is another JIRA-connected platform, which again helps us to close the loop on support requests.
To assist us with this process, we would like you to please confirm, by opting in, that you are an active admin for your Rallybound site. To do this, we just need you to fill out this very short form:
